Refund Policy

  • Delegates' Refund Policy: You are only eligible for a refund if the event is cancelled at the decision of [GAIN SKILLS BUSINESS MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED]. If any such circumstances arise, you will be entitled to the full refund amount, including taxes.

    The refund shall be initiated within 7 days from the date you get written confirmation from Gain Skills' finance team.

    The refund amount will only be sent to the party listed under "BILL TO."
    If you decide against a refund, you can choose between your replacement or credit note. You or your company will receive a credit note which anyone from your company can use and which will be valid for one year starting from the date it is issued. (*T&C)

    The company reserves the right to change the refund policy at any time and without notice. Refund and Replacement Policies are Subject to Change and Modification.

  • Partner's refund policies are determined by the contracts signed between Gain Skills and Partner.

*T&C:

  1. If you don't show up for the event or cancel your reservations, you won't be eligible for a refund. You can choose a replacement or credit note option in these situations. (7 days or more prior to the event date).
  2. The use of credit notes is subject to changes in conference or event pricing.
  3. Verbal communication is not permitted; all forms of communication must be presented in digital form.
  4. We can resolve any disagreements to the best of our abilities. Gain Skills management's decision is final.
